Privacy & your data
Last updated: 29 October 2026.
We use your details to arrange consultations and manage your application. Your documents stay private, and optional analytics is off unless you allow it.
Who provides your service
Ifreelance is owned and operated by ANCU FZC, your service provider and the controller of your application data. ANCU FZC issues invoices for its services, showing its registered details and VAT registration number.
What we use and why
We use your contact details for consultations and application updates. Your application information and documents help us prepare and provide the services you request. We share only what is needed with the issuing provider, relevant authorities and service processors. We meet applicable legal obligations and ask for consent where required.
Documents and payments
Your application documents are stored privately with limited-time access links. Stripe processes card payments for ANCU FZC services.
Application documents and inactive drafts
We retain passport copies and supporting application documents for 90 days after case closure, including completion, rejection or withdrawal, then delete them unless a specific legal obligation or documented dispute hold requires longer. Inactive draft applications are deleted after 90 days without activity, with 30 days’ advance notice. Responding or resuming the case stops that inactivity deletion. Any hold is limited to the records and period needed.
Accounting records
Invoices and the accounting records needed to support them are retained separately for 7 years after the relevant tax period, or longer where a specific legal requirement or documented dispute requires it. We do not keep passport copies solely for accounting.
Public information tools
Our public information tools explain the package, activities and requirements and provide a consultation link. They cannot access client cases, documents or payments, or submit authority applications. Please do not send personal information to these tools.
Analytics and choices
Optional analytics stays off until you consent. We save your choice in this browser and count public events by day, page and language, without visitor identifiers. Message text, contact details, booking links, documents and payment information are excluded. Change your choice in the website’s privacy controls. With consent, supported campaign tags or the referring site are reduced in your browser to a fixed channel, such as search or social media. Only that channel is kept for this tab; raw tags, referrer addresses and browsing history are not saved. Turning analytics off clears the channel.
Privacy requests
Request access, correction, account deletion or document deletion at [email protected]. We verify your identity through a suitable secure process and explain any lawful reason we must retain particular records. Do not email passport copies or payment information. Deleting an account does not erase records we must lawfully retain.
